Admiralty charts are published by the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office (UKHO), which has been charting the world's oceans for over 200 years. The primary activity of the UKHO is the provision of nautical navigational products and services to the Royal Navy and merchant marine in compliance with Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) regulations. In addition to the Admiralty leisure charts, the Admiralty portfolio includes over 3,300 Standard Navigational Charts and 220 other nautical navigational publications. There is also a growing range of digital nautical products and services.
